I appreciated the hotel's direct connection to the metro. It made getting around the city easy. The hotel also has a lobby on the 24th floor, and the views are amazing! The staff was helpful and kind.
The gym is quite small. The equipment seemed limited.

The hotel is close to major stations. It makes transportation simple. Many eating places are nearby. I found both Western and Japanese options for breakfast. I slept quietly . The hotel is very close to transportation.
The bar lacks coziness. It is exposed to winds in the hall.

the location is convenient because it is easy to get to public transportation. the staff was particularly friendly. the room had a nice view of the city (i could even see mount fuji).
i found the gym to be small with few machines. there was no room service available. the bar closed early at 10 pm (i felt rushed to finish my drink).

I must say i was a bit let down with my room. it smelled like a former smoking space. This smell was really attached to the walls. a drill was loud most of the time. it made my room not so relaxing.

The hotel's location is convenient! it's super close to ginza and shimbashi, made exploring easy. i also appreciated the executive lounge. It added a touch of luxury. the executive rooms were quite nice and comfortable.
the noise from the trains below was noticeable, even on a high floor. it was like i was much closer to the ground. earplugs definitely helped, but it's something to be aware of.
