Excellent Hotel with Great City Access
direct connection amazing view helpful staff easy access
I appreciated the hotel's direct connection to the metro. It made getting around the city easy. The hotel also has a lobby on the 24th floor, and the views are amazing! The staff was helpful and kind.
The gym is quite small. The equipment seemed limited.

easy access train stations simple gym high price
The hotel has easy access to train stations. Breakfast service each day reminded me of a big plus.
The gym felt quite simple, and the price seemed too high for the available equipment. the cleaning staff missed some items. I think the value should better match the offerings.

The hotel is close to major stations. It makes transportation simple. Many eating places are nearby. I found both Western and Japanese options for breakfast. I slept quietly . The hotel is very close to transportation.
The bar lacks coziness. It is exposed to winds in the hall.

the location is convenient because it is easy to get to public transportation. the staff was particularly friendly. the room had a nice view of the city (i could even see mount fuji).
i found the gym to be small with few machines. there was no room service available. the bar closed early at 10 pm (i felt rushed to finish my drink).

smoking space loud drill
I must say i was a bit let down with my room. it smelled like a former smoking space. This smell was really attached to the walls. a drill was loud most of the time. it made my room not so relaxing.

amazing stay!
convenient location executive lounge comfortable rooms
The hotel's location is convenient! it's super close to ginza and shimbashi, made exploring easy. i also appreciated the executive lounge. It added a touch of luxury. the executive rooms were quite nice and comfortable.
the noise from the trains below was noticeable, even on a high floor. it reminded me of i was much closer to the ground. earplugs definitely helped, but it's something to be aware of.

The rooms feature nice views. Some even offer glimpses of the tokyo tower! rooms are serviced well. The staff are very attentive and keep everything super clean. amenities met all my needs!

Breakfast is a buffet style. It offers good cooks and a wide selection. you can even see mount fuji and the tokyo tower on sunny days from the dining area. the view is AMAZING!!!
